Tattoos

Hey guys!

I want to get an anchor tattoo on my foot. Just to always remind myself that no matter what situation I'm in, or whatever life has to throw at me, that I will always keep myself grounded and on stable ground. To always look ahead and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. 

I think it'd be a cool idea: Except, that the foot is probably the worst place to get a tattoo. I already have one in my right forearm. I've been thinking of getting another one here soon. Maybe on my arm, but I REALLY want that anchor tat. Ideas? 

Well... Summer quarter starts up on Monday. It's the last class that I need before I'm DONE at Community College and will be going onto a University. Wow. I can't believe it! Wowza! 


Anyway... That's all I have for now. Oh. Did anybody see the Supernatural season 9 finale? OH MY GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who here doesn't like summer? Granted, it's a time where all the brats, I mean, children, I mean... Well, younger people get out of school for three months (or two, if you begin school in August), but for me, I have a week off and then I'm BACK in school for summer quarter. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of being able to spend my ENTIRE summer sleeping in all day, staying up all night, doing absolutely NOTHING, but, I'm not a little kid or in high school anymore. I'm in college. 

Speaking of that, I head up to go to University in the Fall! Whoot Whoot! I just need to finish up my summer quarter here at the community college, (I have to take Statistics, ugh...lol). I'm not going into nursing, or education (I have NO patience for those little... *coughs* Ahem...), or business, etc. Who knows. NEVER EDUCATION. lol. Some people have the knack for it, I, however, do NOT. 

So it's the beginning of June. So much opportunity will present itself in July and on. I find out my rooming assignment (and who my roommate is!) in the middle of July, it's one step closer to finishing up my AA, and for to me leave home for the first time. We'll see if I sink or swim. 

CC graduation is coming up here on the 14th. Everybody has been asking me if I'm walking or not. My answer? NO! I'm NOT walking! Then THEY have the balls to be offended when I say no. They ask my why not, and my response is, "I'm not finished. If I'm going to walk for something, I want to be FINISHED." but then they say, "But plenty of people aren't finished and still walk". I say, "I want to be able to feel like I accomplished something to make myself feel proud. So I don't wake up and say, 'Oh. I didn't finish. I'm a freakin' failure". THAT shuts them up. *shrugs* My own prerogative, I guess. I don't know. 

Um... I think that's everything. Oh. Besides it's HOT AS BALLS OUTSIDE. Blah. I HATE HOT WEATHER. Give me SNOW and COLD WEATHER any day. Fuck this hot shit.

Daylight Savings

Ah, here we are once again. That time where we "Spring Forward" into life. Did you all set your clocks ahead ONE hour? My phone and computer did it automatically, but I had to set all the other clocks in the house ahead. Do I like this one? I keep forgetting! Lol. I know that it stays lighter out during the night and it stays darker longer in the morning. *sigh* Oh well. What can one do? (Move to a country where there is no daylight savings?)  Oh shut up! lol. 

I have two tests tomorrow: Biology and History. Oh yay...  NOT. Don't get me wrong, I love History, but I REALLY need to study for my Bio test. 

On the flip side (Who says that anymore?), my tattoo is healing nicely! It's just itching now and I STILL can't scratch it... Grr... [insert frustration here]. 

So I found this one quote (I like putting quotes up on my big whiteboard) when I was searching the internet. I googled, "Zombie quotes" and I found this.

Update and Song

So here we are again. This Sunday is Daylight Savings... Meaning that the clocks go FORWARD an hour. Am I looking forward to that? I guess. 

I have a Biology test on Monday-- so not looking forward to that, but I'll study hard!

What to name it?

Hey all! It’s Rio here with another “update”.

Has it occurred to anybody that “Spring” means “Oh, let’s have it snow!”? It’s almost March and it’s still snowing on this side of Washington. It’s going to be raining a lot, but that’s common for this area.—especially the Vancouver/Portland area. *sigh*

I was up at 6:15 this morning… It was nice to have a few minutes of complete silence to myself… then THEY got up. Ha. ;P

Don’t get me wrong, I “like” my family, but I can’t wait to move out and go to Uni. Whenever I get pissed off at them, I always have to remind myself, “Just a few more months… That’s it…Just a few more months” and to take slow breathes.

I ordered two things that have to be imported from Japan. I was wondering why the arrival time was going to be so late on them, and then I remembered. Oh, yeah. Ha. Lol. Such a blonde sometimes! J [

I want to minor in Japanese when I go to Uni. I think it’d be a cool thing to major in, not to mention, I could study abroad in Japan! If you’ve read my previous blog, you know that I really wanna study abroad. Maybe if I like it, I wanna live in Europe or Asia.

Don’t get me wrong, I “like” living here in the States… Maybe… But the point is: I want a change. I get restless if I stay in one spot for too long (Depending on where it is). I can’t wait to get out of this small town. It’s driving me up the wall. I’m more of a…bigger city type of person. Well, depending on where the small town is located, I like small, rural towns, too!

…Did that make any sense? Did it? I don’t know… Ugh… English. -_-;

Well, I had better get off to school. I downloaded the Sherlock soundtrack, so now I can listen to Sherlock on my way! J

Does anybody else’s IQ go up when they watch that show? I love Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. [
